The restaurant at the hotel had a fantastic Christmas menu, which we really enjoyed. the staff was really friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.
The WiFi in the room was not working very well, which was a bit frustrating. although the room was cozy, it was missing a desk or workspace area, which made it a bit challenging to do some work during our stay.

The bed was excellent, room clean, spacious and comfortable. Great minibar and pleasant restaurant. Delicious breakfast with high-quality products.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was quite large and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, the room was really clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during my stay, making for a pleasant experience overall. The breakfast offered a good selection of high-quality products which I appreciated.
Nothing bad to say - my stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel offers a great variety of meals in the restaurant, and the breakfast menu has a delicious variety as well. the room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and provided good service.
The wifi was poor and not sufficient for working or surfing, and there was no desk in the room.

The room was spacious and clean, with a wonderful view of the snowy mountains. the staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant served delicious food and great wine, perfect for a Christmas dinner. the hotel was located in a central area, with easy access to shops and Christmas markets.
The Wi-Fi was terrible, barely working at all, which made it difficult to stay connected with family and friends during the holidays. the lack of a work desk in the room was also a problem as I needed to check my emails for work.
